Digital Content Licence
Purchasing a digital book grants a personal, limited, non-transferable reading licence. It does not transfer copyright ownership.
What you receive
A licence to read the work inside the authorised Mwambungu reader, online and through controlled offline access.
What you do not receive
You do not receive a transferable PDF or EPUB file, resale rights, or permission to republish any part of the work.
Quotation
Short quotations are permitted within limits configured by the publisher, with attribution.
Revocation
Licences may be revoked for confirmed fraud, refunds or compromised devices, with notice.
This policy is an editable template maintained from the administration portal. Final legal text must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately qualified Tanzanian professional before launch.
