Refund Policy
Digital reading licences are reviewed case by case. Template pending legal review.
Eligibility
Requests are considered where a title was purchased in error, is faulty, or was not delivered.
Process
Requests are reviewed by the library, a reason is recorded, and confirmed refunds are processed through PesaPal.
Effect on access
Confirmed refunds revoke access and any offline licences. Notes and bookmarks are preserved.
Records
Completed transaction history is never deleted.
This policy is an editable template maintained from the administration portal. Final legal text must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately qualified Tanzanian professional before launch.
